We are aggressive buyers of quality materials and labor. We honestly feel we may be the lowest price custom builder in the area!

Service

Two Year Service Package, 2/10 Year Limited Warranty from the most highly rated third party insurer in the market. Unquestioned Service Repairs (when the customer calls we have a dedicated service department which employs expert service personnel – not subcontractors.) Our guys are on the payroll.

Design Flexibility

We want to build exactly what the customer wants. We design from scratch or modify any plan to fit the customer’s needs and the price for drafting or architectural services are included in the price. We typically can estimate your plan within 24 hours or less. And, the quote is guaranteed to be accurate.

Home Inspections

If a customer desires an independent home inspection – we will pay for it. Find the toughest, meanest, most thorough inspector in your area and tell him to be very thorough when he inspects a Coronado Built Home. We pay up to $340.00 for this service, if desired by the Buyer.
